INTO THE WILD
QUEENSLAND COLLEGE OF ART DESIGN GRADUATES EXHIBITION THEME
The brief was to create a theme for the end of year exhibition and accompanying graduate catalogue. The theme should be an efficient and exciting way to send out the 2011 QCA Design graduates.
The proposed theme was titled: Into The Wild. The title references the transformation the students of QCA are going through, as though graduate from university and move out into the cutthroat, fast-paced and action packed world of professional design. The design for the exhibition theme evokes energy and excitement through its bright colour palette and strong graphic styling. The torn design represents the unveiling of new talent.
