After meeting up with Stuart yesterday and discussing the time needed, when the studios were available, when he was available etc it made us realise more than ever that this needs to be planned down to a T! Stuart said he would be available 3days a week every week without doubt, he alerted us to the fact that we may not be able to get the studio in the day time as these studios are for photography course primarily so that would meaning from 4pm onwards. We worked out if we had 4 hr shoots finishing at 8pm with an hr to pack up and leave the studio in a good condition then we would be able to shoots 8 people in each session. Although the more the merrier I don't think it is a good idea to do more than this as its not a school photo session its really high quality shots and I want people to be happy with their shots and have bit of time to play around with a few shots. The boys will of course be a lot quicker to photography so we need to make sure we mix these up with the girls. Each session will require one of us to be there to help Stuart and make sure everyone is being professional, we just want to watch it runs smoothly. Also we thought if Stuart brings another memory card we can be showing the student some of the shots on the mac whilst someone else is being photography allowing the process to run faster and hopefully making people happier with their choice of photo. I thought it would be a good idea to gather peoples info in preparation for the photoshoot recording whether they want high or low key shots and also the style of shot so we had this info to give to Stuart so he knows the plan and also so we can organise who goes in which shoot reducing the time of messing around changing lighting etc.
SO.... HERE'S THE PLAN
