The Brief: Tube car panel ads are boring. It is one of the only times when you have a captive audience so let's make the most of it. Give commuters something good to read. Do what the majority of ads fail to do. Entertain! When people get off the tube they shouldn't be thinking, "I'm going to buy a book", they should be thinking, "I'm going to buy a book from Waterstones".
